Broke my previous push pull total by 30lbs with a 275 bench (20lb Pr) and a 515 deadlift (10lb Pr) left some pounds on the table with my deadlift and couldn’t lockout a 300lb bench (first time having 300 in my hands) but I know I’m on the right path to my goals. #powerlifting #dirtysouthbarbell #family

Straight protein heaven:
2 lbs. ground meat of your choice; turkey, veal, pork, chicken, buffalo, beef, etc.
Bacon optional yet highly recommended……
2 tablespoons of either or a combination of: dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, Greek seasoning
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup grated cheese
2 cups bread crumbs
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands. Mix well but don’t overmix or you will end up with dense meatballs.
2. Form the meat mixture into balls about 1 to 2 inches in diameter. Don’t pack them too tight.
3. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
